just installed the latest version of Audio Converter6. The programme is running fine, but not being picked up as installed by the navigator. When I click on that name, navigator says Converter6 is not installed, even though it is. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice with same result.

This is a known issue and our developers are aware of it. They will correct the problem promptly.

I just have installed my AVS-programs, but after installing Audio Converter 6 I discovered that it dont show up as installed in the software-navigator. All the other programs shows up in software-navigator as installed, but not Audio Converter. Please help me out here - program works perfect, but it's annoying not having it available in the navigator..

Try reinstalling the programs:

1. Go Start> All Programs> AVS4YOU> Uninstall.

2. Go Start> Run... Print regedit in the opened window and click Ok. In the opened Registry Editor window please find and delete all AVS4YOU folders.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).

3. Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > AVS4YOU (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > Common Files> AVSMedia (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:)> Documents and Settings> All Users>>Application Data>AVS4YOU (delete it).

Download and install the most up-to-date versions of AVS software.

Complete software reinstallation should solve this problem. Here are the instructions for Windows Vista and 7:
1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall.
