Yes, I have received your e-mail with the screenshot of the error. There are a couple of questions we need to clear up in this respect:
- Is the Blu-ray disc played fine on your PC?
- Do you use the latest version of AnyDVD?
- Try not only removing the copy-protection, but also copying the disc onto your hard drive first and only then import index.bdmv into AVS Video Converter. In case you get the range check error, try to import the largest .m2ts from the disc. What is the result?
- Try to copy (not move, but copy) the largest m2ts file into another folder on your hard disc. Do you manage to copy the file?
- If yes, once again try to extract a part of this file using AVS M2TS Extractor. If you have success, please send us a part of this file.
