How long do we have to wait for a response to a question. I have heard some negative info regarding that, and I sure hope I am not going to have any trouble concerning responses to questions if I have them. I want to make sure I am not spending my hard earned money for nothing.

Usually it takes up to 48 hours to get a reply from our support team. They reply to every request, none of them remain unanswered, so please feel free to contact us on the support page with any question you might have and track the answers online.

Thank you Nadin. I sure appreciate your help. I will be new at new at all this, but I know with your software I can make some nice videos out of home movies, etc. Take care...William
