Can I put videos on my Env 3 ? And if so what format do I use?

Try converting your videos to MPEG4, 3GP or WMV using AVS Video Converter. Make sure the frame size is set to 320 x 240.
You can adjust all the parameters supported by your mobile device in Edit Profile window of the program.
