Everytime I produce a video from VOB files, the audio of the produced video is out of sync. What can I do?

I load the VOB file into the AVS library, then I put it in the timeline and split it into the desired section, I dissolve it with an image and I export the video with the output file in mp4, but the audio skips and is delayed...
