Dear user,

We are sorry for the inconvenieces caused, our developers are working on this issue now.

For now you can try to record the video to FLV format (by clicking on Settings button - choose Video) and not in full screen.

In this case the problem should not occur.

Kind regards

Is this issue ever going to be fixed?

It seems it's been going on for years!!!!

I'm totally serious here. I've had nothing but trouble with your software since I installed it.

Please get this fixed!!!!!

Dear user,

Please let us know if you tried to use screen capture function on other PC, which settings you have chosen, if you tried to capture in not full-screen mode.

This feature is going to be enhanced in the coming summer release.

Best regards

Hi, I'm just checking up. Have you tried this function on other PC yet? It would be rather nice if we can isolate the issue.

I am currently trying to record a Minecraft lets play series to upload to Youtube using AVS Video Editor. However there are a couple problems that seem rather strange. First off once I finish recording the video gets sped up by double while the audio isn't sped up at all. Secondly I have enabled stereo mix in Control Panel/Sound and am recording from that. AVS then records only the incoming sounds from my mic but either records game sounds very quietly or not at all. All of my drivers and programs are up to date and I am using the latest free release of Video Editor. I have tried recording other programs with the same result.

I am experiencing the same issue and it's wasting a lot of my time. I'm trying to record a 30 minute video and have tried tests of shorter length. Some work fine, most the lag is there.

I sent a message to support this morning but have not heard anything.

Is there a fix for this?

Hi I'm having similar issues with screen capture. I am capturing tasks on my desktop and narrating. But the playback speed is too fast, and my audio gets out of sync and cut off.

I record to all formats, and don't use full screen. Still having issues. Have version 6.3 SO FRUSTRATED!

I still say its the program capturing at 15 Fps, like others that capture at non standard Fps of 23.976 - 30. As with this and others I had stated in another post I created, all similar ones capturing at 10-15 Fps, weather using internal and external voice capture they never sync up, but doing same thing with a program that runs at 30 Fps, every thing syncs just fine.
