I have tried everything to make this work!

I have the very latest AVS software
I have the very latest drivers for my graphics card
I have a fully updated PC
I have tried it with no firewall, antivirus including a freshly formatted pc with nothing installed apart from AVS editor!!!!!!!
I have tried recording in every formate
I have tried & read everything in here http://forum.avs4you.com/posts.aspx?lng=ENG&t=2979&p=1#13490

It always plays the capture at what looks like 2 or 3 x times when playing back very very bad

I have tried this on another and completely different pc with the same results
I have tried Win 7 32 & 64 bit

So what is the fix?

Magic thanks for the reply.

No seeing how this has been going on since at least the start of the year of 2012 [looking at other posts with same issue] how about a refund please as i bought this product in good faith but obviously it is flawed and has been for some time!

Thanks

Hi, just yesterday I bought AVS4you version 5.1.2.131 to use in my Windows Vista laptop.
I'm using the Record Screen function to make my videos.
1. I have not been able to record the audio (microphone) with video together. I just have been able to record the video. Although I had selected the external mic I'm using. I had tried with the incorporated mic in my laptop but the same problem.
2. Whe I play the video already recorded, the speed to preview the recording made is too fast (1x)and when I want to make it slower with the cursor provided, I can not make it slower than 1x that it is too fast for me.
3. Because of the before explanation, I've tried to record the audio(locution) after the video but for that speed, too fast, I can not follow the video, I want to narrate what is happening in the video.
4. I haven't been able to find a tutorial to record screen and audio (locution using the mic) together.

My best regard,
Julio

Hello Julio,

Thank you for the details.

One more question, what kind of video do you capture with the program - actions on desktop with some application or internet streaming video playing on your screen?

Best regards.

P.S. By the way, you can find help manuals for AVS Screen Capture here.

Hi Vlad, Yes I use AVS4YOU to record actions on desktop with some application. Specifically I'm showing how to convert a .swf to .avi using a software.

Thank you for the time inverted,

Julio

Why you don't take out the Capture Screen function then ? Meanwhile you work on that ?

The program works for most users, but there may be a sync issue in the software working on computers like yours. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused! Our developers are working on the problem.

Please help!!!

When I do a screen capture, my mouse clicks on the actual recording of my screen capture, goes at about 4 times the speed as I actually recorded it.

Please see this screen capture that I recorded http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za9hlREMhAY . As you can see, the speed is super high (of the recording) and my narration is captured only half ways....

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Thanks a billion!

Same problem here with the Speed issue on screen capture. win7, all the newest avs software, current drivers for my pc and all its hardware. Ive been a full paid subscriber to AVS for 2yrs and this is the 1st time ive needed to use this feature and Ill need it regularly from now on. This is quite troublesome considering ive seen posts from 2011, 2012, and now 2013..... so is this problem still not solved???
