Does anyone of you uses the AVS AUDIO Recorder with the Fireface UC interface? I do and cant connect them...

Can you please describe your issue in more detail? What is the version of AVS4YOU application installed on your PC? (please note, that we recommend to use AVS Audio Editor to record audio) Do you have any errors when trying to connect Fireface UC to AVS4YOU?

If possible, please send us the screenshots showing the issue appeared.

Good morning. I use a Creative SB Z SE which is not detected by AVS though it is all working fine. All available options appears in my list of recording devices (the one that get the sound is "what U hear" (SB ZSE) while the Playback is also connected to the SB Z SE under "speaker".

AVS 4.0 does not detect the SB Z SE. There is nothing detected as I did not install the MTB onboard sound chipset in order not to create conflict between it and the SB Z SE.

Can you tell me if the SB Z SE is a sound card that can be detected by AVS ?

Is there a patch or an additional add-on for AVS 4.0 to be installed so it can detect the SB Z SE card ?

Thank you for the information,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue, please contact us again.
