Whern trying to add a MP4 file to Video Converter 8.3. I get an error message "File does not exist". I can play the file with windows Media Player, and use another converter to convert it, but cannot play it on AVS media Player or Add it to Video Converter. HELP!!!!

Please specify the name of the file you are trying to convert and where on your PC it is located.

Try to rename the file and the folder using Latin syllables and numerals, place the input file onto your hard drive (desktop), inform about the result.

I have a video that I am trying to edit and convert to WMV9 on AVS 12.6 with multiple other videos however only one sends back an error message and doesn't get added. I have also tried to play the video independent of AVS and it sends back an error code as well.

I am using a HP Envy X360 and I am using Windows 11.

The video is named RecO0021 in a 16 GB Micro SD card from KIOXIA EXCERIA. Also I have used both this SD card and the same converter type with this before but this is the first time i have had this problem.

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue, please contact us again and send us the screenshot of the error.
