*DANCE* This worked like a charm! I ended up having to put the file on both paths. But after that, it worked very well.

Thanks! Great support!

Please help me too....

I have VISTA HOME PREMIUM 64 Bit and did exatly what everyone said they did. I am still getting the error. Re-installed a few times as ADMIM, ran as ADMIN - no luck. Any other ideas? I really love the apps but when I convert a large file it finishes in a second and never really converted.....

Thank you.

As you are using a 64-bit system, please place the .dll following C:\Windows\SysWOW64.

Could you please open the source file in the program once again, choose the preset, then click on Advanced > File Information and attach a screenshot of this window.

Hope to hear from you soon

Does the problem persist with one particular file/files form the same source? If yes, we`d be glad to recieve one of them for testing. I will contact you per e-mail.

Thank you in advance

It happens when I use AVSCONVERTER on .DV filetypes. Funny thing is - I go int AVS EDITOR, IMPORT THE FILE, DO NO EDITING, DO A SAVE FILE, IT ASKS AS WHAT - I CHOOSE AVI and IT WORKS! AVS CONVERTER DOESN'T. I will look for your email.

Try installing AVS Video Converter anew. Here is the link to download the program.
Also make sure that you have full administrative permissions to access the output folder specified in the program.

Best regards
