Hi!
I encountered a bug where pressing "next keyframe" button advances the cursor only by a millisecond at the time.
I already restarted the program few times to continue my saved work and the bug comes back after making couple clips.

Not sure what really initiates the bug, but for every clip I do the following steps:
1. quickly seek the video for the split position,
2. adjust cursor by previous/next keyframe buttons,
3. split,
4. save project,
5. alt+tab to the text editor so I can write down the exact position,
6. repeat steps 1-4 for the end position of the clip.

Here are two screenshots before and after clicking the "next keyframe" button.

Ps. I find the timeline's stepping hard to read. Eg. "00:00:19.6", "00:00:39.3", etc. For instead "00:00:20", "00:00:40", etc should be more user friendly?
