Is it possible to do video edits producing two different scenes into a split screen mode?
As an example I have two cameras recording synchronously each with their own media file. I wish to show an edit with the camera output side by side i.e. vertical split frame...or even a horizontal split?

You can do next actions in AVS Video Editor:

1. Set the needed Aspect Ratio for the project to have the video from two files on the screen simultaneously (vertical or horizontal).
2. Add first video on the Line for video overlays.
3. Add second Line for video overlays to the project.
4. Add second video on the second Line for video overlays.
5. Edit first Overlay (size and position).
6. Edit second Overlay (size and position).
7. Edit the project as you need.
8. Produce the project to output video using corresponding profile and frame size considering aspect ratio.
