Good Day All -

There is probably some way to easily do what I wish to do with my video production, but I am clueless. :o)

What I want to do is use the complete audio track of a camcorder video from start to end as one complete track….and do cuts and such with footage from two different cameras without touching the main audio. Not sure how to do this and wondering where I should go for instruction/teaching. Have AVS Video Editor, but can’t seem to figure out this technique. Do I need to take a class in video editing?? LOL

Thanks
Nat

Dear user,

Please follow the steps below:

After importing video files onto AVS Video Editor, please place the video on the main video timeline and file you want to use as audio on the audio timeline, follow this link to find the detailed instructions on how to do it.

Then mute the video by clicking on it - choose Mute.

And produce video following these instructions.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Kind regards
