AVS Video Re-Maker program is being used but I am having no success in combining 2 AVI files into a single file.
Both files have the same parameters although one file is larger than the other.

I am using win 7 64 bit.
File one is: 640 by 480 25 FPS MP3 44100Hz 2 channels

File two is: 640 by 480 25 FPS MP3 44100 Hz 2 channels.

The error message reads:

The file cannot be loaded it differs from the added file as it is coded with different parameters.

Please advise how this can be rectified.

Sorry for double posting, seems there is no edit button in this forum ??

Both files have exactly same parameters :
H.264/AVC, 480x270, 24.001 fps
MPEG-2/4 Audio, 22050 hz, 2 channels

Dear user,

Thank you for the information.

Please try to reninstall AVS4YOU software following the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew and inform about the result.

Kind regards

Hi
I am trying to use AVS Video Remaker 5 to edit my legal copies of Band of Brothers so I can join all the episodes together but delete opening and closing credits on each episode, (except the first and last). Episode 1 was fine but all the remaining episodes lost audio synchronisation during the "Remake Now" process, audio synch is fine in the preview window.
Can you help?
Thanks, ROSS
