my SDV/MP4 file I've converted to both DVD and WMP files and neither completed conversion. WHAT do I need to do to fix this problem? I have just downloaded AVs 8 three days ago and cant seem to get a full conversion going. Only 2/3 converts. I put in a support ticket and havent received a responce yet to two requests for help.
