Dear Gerboy,

Thank you for the file and all the information. If the file is not big in size you can attach it here to your message.

Please specify what antivirus you have running. Try to disconnect it for a while and close AVS Video Converter and inform if you still have AVS Video Converter in Processes tab.

Then unzip the files in the attachment and save them to your hard drive:
C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoConverter

Try to use AVS Video Converter and send us the .log files that will be created after you close AVS Video Converter in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Local settings\Temp (if you have XP OS)

or in C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Temp (if you have Windows Vista, 7 or 8)

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards

What to say about your Support !?
AVS4You is very, very good software, but your Team sux with Support...
I fixed both issues - in Video converter and Video editor very quick by myself.
All is perfect now with .MOV video files !
Don't worry, don't attach me anything - no need.

Kind regards !

I'm happy to share information about issues with the AVSVideoConverter and AVSVideo Editor.
After analyzing intel.log file created after unsuccess to the job done, it turned out that the problem is libmfxsw32.dll. Turns out after consulting the Internet, there are 17 different libmfxsw32.dll for several purposes. The Conveter and the Editor now work great with Windows XP Pro-SP3 !
No time for full test all possible fuctions, but loading, converting and editing several file formats including .MOV is OK.No AVS Processes running in TaskManager after the used program is closed.

Kind Regards ! It was my Pleasure to cooperate with You !
