i bought a new computer because my old one crashed and could not be fixed,, imagine my despair at not being able to use my unlimited programme because of a new computer,I find this is a very unfair practice

Was transferring videos just fine.
Then suddenly got this message
"Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. ErrorId -105 avs video recorder"
