I am sorry that I must have been ambiguous in my post.
Let me try to be clear as not to get sent to information that is not needed.

1) Screen capture is not part of my installation suite
2) While screen capture can be LAUNCHED from the edit/remake applications, it IS NOT part of those applications but a plugin.
3) Screen capture is not recognized as a loaded plugin by either application
3a) As not being recognized by either application I have requested the following

I don't need to know how to launch it, run it, or use it.

I want to be able to download it
so that I can install it and get my work done.

It has been a bad day.

at some point the screen capture program was integrated into video editor.
On an older version I have screen capture as a separate application. and it can be launched separately.

Perhaps this was the result of re-installing video-editor.

Actually, you can run AVS Screen Capture following Start/All Programs/AVS4YOU/Video/AVS Screen Capture.

Are there any video made for this instruction? I am a bit noob with regards to using different software. A video feed might also help.

You can find screen capture module here "C:\Program Files (x86)\AVS4YOU\AVSScreenCapture\AVSScreenCapture.exe"
Locate the execution file there, right click on it and create a shortcut to desktop, then place the shortcut in a convenient location for your self.
