I just upgraded to the new version of AVS Video Converter 7.x. For the life of me, I cannot find the Profiles tab -- I use it all the time if I am converting between formats to ensure that they remain the same (bit rates, codecs, screen ratios, etc.) where I can make minor changes to the resultant output. It is probably right in front of me, but I cannot find it...
