Hi, I've been having trouble with .mov files with a 'm2v1' file type / codec / fourcc (forgive me I'm not very technical) thing. I have looked online and found a way to change this to 'mp2v', and that has been sufficient so far to then convert the files to something my computer can read and display the video of, where before it could play back the audio only.

However I'm now trying the same thing with more files from the same batch, and the converter is consistently coming up with the above error message when I try to load the files up for conversion.

Any ideas?

Perhaps, some files with mp2v codec were not produced correctly by the utility that you had. If you have quick time player or media player classic, please try playing files in them and make sure they are correct.

If you send us the file we can also check it, the instructions will be given to you in our support system.
