Is there a way to choose stream order when we convert a file. I mean I need to produce .mov files with stream 0 = audio and stream 1 = video and AVS VC always produces files with stream 0 = video and stream 1 = audio. Problem these mov files are not accepted by all html embed flash players like JW player. Embed flash players can only play .mov file with stream 0 = audio and stream 1=video.
