Hello,
I've saved my movie tin NTSC High Quality Video and the background music goesn't play in the video. The video audio plays but not the background music I've added in the timeline. When I look in the saved movie folder the Audio_ TS folder is empty. Please advise.

I'd like to add that I just saved another version without chapters and the background music not playing is no longer an issue. However, I'd still like to use chapters with background music.

I think I have found a resolution. I found that sometimes the background audio won't play inside my project so, if I close the project file and re-open and make sure the background audio works then convert to DVD then it works fine with or without the DVD chapter menu option.

We are glad that you've found the solution. I would also recommend you to update or reinstall drivers for your sound card to avoid problems playing audio inside the project.
