I have tried to convert a WMV file to an MP4 file using the AVS4You video converter software; this for use on my Sony Bravia KDL32EX503 TV. The TV manual indicates that it must be an MP4AVC conversion. Does the AVS4You software support such a conversion. At present only the sound is heard on the TV.

Try to convert your video to AVI format and choose the following preset in the list of profiles: Video: MPEG4 (DivX, XviD), 1500 kbps; Audio: MP3, 192 kbps (see the screenshot). Then try to playback the created video on your TV and inform if you have any problems.
