Hi there,

Wow! I see that "all" AVS programs have been updated, and each showing a release date of January, 2013! (Well all programs, except for the AVS4YOU Help file, still showing the last release date as 14/04/2009. Can we look forward to there being a 2013 update for it as well?)

Excellent news indeed!

And with such good news, I don't really care to add a "but" - yet still I must ask: What happened to AVS Registry Cleaner Version, ver. 2.2.3.236, which also has a Release Date of 17/01/2013 - there still is not any support for Windows 8? Yes, it is listed as supporting Windows 7, XP, 2003, Vista, including Windows 7 and Vista 64-bit versions - But - no mention of the Windows 8 OS? How come?

Can we expect an update for AVS Registry Cleaner Version to come very soon which also supports the latest Microsoft Windows OS, Windows 8 32-bit and 64-bit?

You've updated and released for 2013, please don't let us down: bring AVS Registry Cleaner Version into the world of Windows 8 as well.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Laurence Coakley

Dear Laurence Coakley,

AVS4YOU Help file is not being updated, there are no changes in content of help files.

AVS Registry Cleaner version has not been changed yet.

AVS Registry Cleaner compatibility with Windows 8 OS is planned, it might be added in the next version of AVS Registry Cleaner released this summer.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Kind regards

Hi Nat,

Thank you for your reply. It is good news to these ears hearing that Windows 8 OS compatibility is planned for the AVS Registry Cleaner. (I hope for Windows 8 64-bit OS as well.) Do you know whether, besides Win 8 compatibility, any other features will be added? Such as registry defrag/optimize.

Again, thank you Nat. I look forward to its release.

Sincerely,
Laurence

Dear Laurence,

Unfortunately I can not tell you what new features may be added to the next version of AVS Registry Cleaner. Next release has not been planned yet. However I will surely pass your suggestion over to our developers' team.

Kind regards

My Video Editor is broken. It crashes all the time often with no explanation or with a pop up that reads "Access violation at address 627B500A in Module MSVCR80" and I have no clue what that means. The product has been poor since I downloaded it but I've been able to manage but now it is genuinely broken and unusable. Please can you respond as I need this gifted ASAP.

Hello,

Please try to reinstall AVS4YOU software. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.
2. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website and install the software anew.

Best regards
