Hi. I'm trying to help my father-in-law get AVS Video Editor to work on his computer. His daughter purchased the product about 2 weeks ago. The program seems to work fine if there aren't too many objects in the vep file. The issue occurs when trying create the movie with lots of objects. I've attached a zip file containing the vep4 file and screenshots. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks.

Additional comment. I think the problem occurs when adding a lot of audio files to the project. Windows throws an application error that points to the AVSAudioCompress4.dll. This seems to happen when there are more than 10 audio files in the project.

Do you have any solution for that? I just bought the software (the latest version), but it is crappy, nothing works properly. And I want to get support for some urgent problem, there is not online support at all. My kid took a lot of time to work on the project, but he failed to generat the movie file. The project is due now. It is really frustrated. So I will not recommend any people to buy it, since it is the worst software I have seen.

First of all, do you get the same Windows error message which refers to AVSAudioCompress4.dll or there is no problem with AVSAudioCompress4.dll?
