I have Tivo HD files that I want to use to create a DVD. The Video Converter does not recognze them. I gives a File error.

What am I doing wrong?

Please note that TIVO video format is not officially supported by our software. TIVO files need to be decrypted to be opened in our software. Are you able to decrypt your file with special software for it?
