My Canon SX200IS gives me perfectly smooth video at 1280x720P 30 fps in a 23 Mbps, H.264 MOV file.

Regardless of my birate, quality, FPS, file type or codec, I cannot produce a file that doesn't 'jump' every few frames using AVS Video Editor.

The software has everything that I want in a video editor EXCEPT a smooth output!

AVS Video Converter and AVS Video Editor have common components, so this is the same problem reported in this thread. I will close this topic and post there, as soon as we test the files you have uploaded.
