I really like AVS products. I have used Audio Editor and Video Editor for over 2 years. They are simple to use,
without a lot of over-the-top excess "stuff". Occasionally there are glitches - as with all things.

I would like to find a friendly simple to use and reliable group of utilities like this for my PC.

Only a few posts in here and these products are relatively new. Can you find a way to share with us
how many people might be using ( have downloaded ) these products - so we could know if I was only
the "x th " person to try it ( like am I # 2 in trying it ) ??

Thanks Don

I cannot tell you the statistical information, as I am not authorized to, but I must assure you that a lot of our customers are using our system utilities successfully. The reason there are so few threads in this forum is that this is quite a new field of development for us, but we are planning to keep up work in this area. We have released the new version of AVS Firewall and possibly some new programs will be comming out soon as well.

Our developers would be glad to receive your feedback about AVS Firewall or AVS Reistry Cleaner, as it would help them understand which functions are really useful and which must be improved.

Anyway, thank you for your interest

Thanks Nadin. Any thoughts of a special multi-system license ? If this works well I might like to use it on other PC's.

I have used Registry Cleaner before, the first thing I noticed was how fast it was and how many errors it found.
However it caused a lot of problems requiring a System Restore.
This was some time ago, I havn't used it since.

If you could describe them in detail, we would try to offer a solution.
Which OS have you used the program on?

I Run Windows 7 Home Premium, x64.
From memory I think it removed my Nvidia control panel.
I was also having other problems so I went straight to System Restore.

The program does not support Win7 x64 at the moment, only 32-bit OS is supported.
We are planning to offer support soon.

Best regards
