Is there a way to have this Support Forum email or Txt me when there is any update to a message I post?

I would be great to have it by message or global when I post a message and allow the user to update this option...*YAHOO*

I would help to be more timely on responding to messages both for me and also for your support...

In every thread on the right there is an option called "Subscribe to new posts". If you check this box, as soon new posts appear in a particular thread, a notification will be sent to your e-mail address.

Please note that this option is avaliable for those users who confirmed their e-mail address going through the e-mail verification process after registration on the forum.

I've just approved your e-mail address and the option to subscribe to new posts in a topic shoud be avaliable for you.

I have ticked the subscribe box of a number of posts, but so far no email alert have been received. I have to look up the post to check the status of any further posts.

I checked my profile through "Modify profile", there are not email details of mine.

NO, I have check my email again and again, including the SPAM mails, nothing in regard to the forum postings. What email address would you have sent those alert emails?

Please note that I have just changed my email address, but I checked both old and new, nothing there.

Please help to locate the problem.

Your e-mail address was not approved during registration. Now "subscribe to new posts" option should be avaliable for you.

The option to subscribe to new posts is available however, even tho I checked it I was not notified when I did receive a response to my post. Nothing is in spam folder either. Is there something else I need to do?

There were technical problems with the service. But it should work now, so please check notification.

Please note that inotification e-mail often goes to spam folder. I've just tested on gmail and notification went to spam.
