At the AVS mobile uploader it was unable to recognize my ipod touch. Even after I hit the find devices button. pop-up box error "No mobile device could be found...click ...the learn more button. I clicked on the learn more button. I went through all the trouble shooting tips with negative results. During the repair it showed Avsmobiledevice2activesync.dll and in red lettering "can't load library." My Ipod touch is connected and all of my software is up to date. What do I need to do to fix this problem so that the AVS Mobile Uploader recognizes my device?

Did you upgrade your itouch to 3.0?
If yes, you have to wait until uploading to 3.0 iPhone/ipod Touch will be released.
In order to be able to upload video to your iPod touch I'd adwise you to import converted video into iTunes and sync it.
