I am running Windows XP
Used the freeware and it worked well converting Sony HD files (m2ts)
When I paid for the activation and downloaded Any Video Convertor I now get the message "Cannot get media information of video file C:/##### etc insert failed!"
Any help please.

Actually Any Video Converter you are using is not our product. We are Online Media Technologies Ltd. and we offer AVS software available for download on our websites www.avs4you.com and www.avsmedia.com. You need to contact the appropriate support service. Or try converting your files using AVS Video Converter.
