As far as I understood, you want to convert your AVI video to a Samsung T10 compatible format and upload it to the device.
So, as I know, Samsung T10 supports MPEG-4 video.
So, please try to convert into MPEG-4 format and then upload it to the player.
For that, please:
1. Launch Video Converter and choose the file for the convertion
2. Press To MP4 button and choose the preset
3. Convert Now!
After the conversion you will be proposed to upload the converted video to the player.
