Hi there,
I have a registered/activated AVS Video to Flash software. It works wonderfully BUT there is a frame at the end of my converted video containing the red AVS4YOU logo. How do I get rid of this? Other video converter software products don't display company logos even on a separate frame. I'm a bit disappointed because I chose this over another video converter. Please let me know how to get rid of this to get my money's worth. Thanks.

Please look at the file attached.

Correction:
Actually the frame with the logo is right at the beginning.

Hello,

In fact that the output file does not contain any LOGO. The logo comes from the integrated SWF player, used to play the converted video.
So it is possible to play the file converted with the AVS Video to Flash using another player, AVS DVD Player for example, and the logo will disappear.

But we will discuss the issue and possibly will remove that logo.

Best Regards

Thanks for the response. Yes, the problem is in one of the 2 SWF files. If I have the raw Flash files, I'd remove the frame myself. I'm guessing that it's from the controller skin, which is essential when I need to post my video online. It's just a hassle for users to not have that controller.

I actually had to look for a free FLV player that exports the video so that it's web-ready (skin, html and swf files provided) -- just like the Video to Flash would do, but it didn't have the company logo anywhere. It's just very counterproductive to have to do this.

Please look into this problem and have the logo removed. A lot of people would appreciate it. Thanks.

Will this problem ever get fixed or should I just go ahead and buy another converter?

Hello,

Yes, the logo will be removed, but I can not tell you the exact date, when it will be done.

I have the full blown license from your company. I've installed Video Conv.v6 and Video to Flash. Should your software be embeding a link back to "AVS4YOU" at the end of a flash conversion?

If yes then why am I not getting paid for advertising your product????
(I've attached an example)

Hi,

That is known issue and that is to be solved with the release of the new version of the AVS Video to Flash, which is expected to be released in 1-2 weeks. We are testing it at the moment.

I will inform you as soon as the new version of the AVS Video to Flash is available on the AVS4YOU downloads page.

Best Regards
