Have tried conversion with the new dll however the error still persists. For your reference the file in question has a DTS soundtrack

I just upgraded to version 6.3.3.371 because I was having a problem with the old version, however, it did not fix it. Any suggesions. I can't do anything. I've tried all other options that I've read. I know that another user was sent an updated version of this .dll in his email, but I obviously can't try that unless it gets sent to me. What else can I do?
