Hi, I bought the audio converter to put some mp3 tracks I purchase from Amazon (so paid for) onto a blank CD-RW so I can play them in the car. I tried to convert to the WAV format and "uncompressed CD quality" Preset but the tracks are just not recognised by CD players once it says conversion is complete.

Please can someone advise me on what is the correct way to do this? I have asked the support team and so far no answer

Hi - if your cd player is the standard type (ie not an mp3 player), you need to create an audio cd (AVS Disc Creator > Audio > Create Audio CD).

when formatting the new CD-R (ie not an audio CD), choose option 'Mastered'.

Select the files you want to burn

Select Track at Once in the burning options

this should work. it does for me and i've created dozens of cd's this way which play on any machine.

good luck

Thanks so much for the help. It worked first time. The website isn't clear about how to do this and support non existent as pointed out by others on here.
