Unable to import or play ANY video - external exception E06D7363
I'm unable to import any video file in Video Editor. I get the external exception E06D7363 error. This makes the application unusable.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application. I've rebooted and still have this issue.
Please assist, as my only other option is to request a refund, as I've only purchased this recently.
