I bought the AVS Suite some time ago. And although I "like" the supposed user-friendliness of it, I have to say the video editor SUCKS.

I have done everything I can think of: uninstalled this road apple 4 times, reinstall, etc...and it STILL freezes up constantly and takes an absurd amount of time to do ANYTHING with it.

I am running a Dell Inspiron with an i5 quad chip 2.5ghz, 8gb RAM and 750gb HD (with 300gb left) It ain't my system because I can crank out other videos with other software no problem along with complex Photoshop graphics.

I had a problem with other areas of AVS that support was unable to solve beyond "uninstall/reinstall."

It shouldn't have to be this way!

I want my $$$ back!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cause of the problem may be different, so the resolutions of crash problems are different either.

To find out the reason we need additional information about the problem:
- the program you use and its version,
- your actions step by step,
- the moment the problem occurs,
- format and origin of the file used, etc.
