I can burn a single copy of a DVD just fine but if I want to burn five exact same copies, there isn't a way to specify that. The software has to re-shrink the source DVD every time.

Hello, my name is Linda.
I've also problems with the dvd copy - though I get the message: Operation Time-out - so it never completes. What can I do? I've tried to burn via Dvd copy and Dvd convertor. Tried four times. What can I do? I have windows 7 x64?

Best regards, thank you

Hello again.
Sorry to keep you waiting.
Unfortunately the log files are too big and windows don't allow packing the files, so I only send the log file from DVDCOPY. Videoburner and diskcreator are the other two log files. I'll try to find a way to pack the other files.

Thanks again.
Best regards

Hello,

Please clean up log files.
To avoid the problem we would ask you to launch the attached utility on your PC. This utility will update AVS software components installed on your PC.

1. Save the attached .exe file on your PC.
2. Close all running AVS applications and launch the utility.
3. Follow the instructions given.
4. When the installation is complete new updated software components will be installed on your computer.

Please let us know about the results.

Best regards.
