How long does a response take? I submitted this on 04/11/2012

I have downloaded the software, and when I try and register the product it is asking me to repurchase. It does not give me an option to enter my activation code. can you please send me instructions on how to register the product?

I order the AVS Video converter one year subscription

My old pc has died and I have downloaded the latest version of AVS Converter to my new pc, however the Serial number which I was supplied with in 2008 does not work when I try to activate the product, can you please either send me a new serial number for the latest version or a download link to the version of the software which I purchased and was previously using on my old pc?

This is brutal. Obviously this is a major flaw in your software - you have multiple posts here, as well as negative comments all over the internet. I edited an entire video on your software, as I have done many times in the past, and now I can't even release the video for my BUSINESS as it looks INCREDIBLY unprofessional to have your watermark across the middle of my video.


Thanks for nothing. I absolutely want a refund - what terrible service!

I have the same problem. I bought an unlimted licence this morning, and when I tried to edit a video I was told my subscription had expired. The video can only be produced with a watermark over the opening sequence. I have checked and re-entered my licence key, but the Video Editor software still syas my subscription has expired.
Has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas for a solution?

I purchased an unlimited subscription some time ago. When I ran the software today, I received the message that my 1-year subscription has expired -despite the fact that I paid for an unlimited subscription. I am unable to retrieve my registration information because my email has changed, and the email under which I registered the product is no longer active. How do I re-activate the product?

I am repeatedly getting this problem. I have the whole sutie of AVS apps and must enter the activation key multiple times for the same apps. eventually I get the "multiple users" error and have to contact support.

The response time has been great, but waiting 24 hours to run an app is not an option. This is obviously a bug, when is it going to be fixed?

My issues are as all the rest.
I have not violated any of your policies. This and the other times I was reloading or downloading your items was because i had either lost them or they did nott work properly. My registration # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Please unfreeze and or unlock my account so that I might reload the applications on my new computer.
