The following often happens to me when trying to convert a video file from one format to another:

I choose the input file, the output file name and respective folder, the Profile and, when I hit the Convert key, the conversion is immediatly done in just 1 second. The result is a file with just only 10 or 11 Kb.

The method I use is always the same; so I don't know why sometimes the conversion works fine but, other times it often hapens the above described situation.

Can you help me?

Thanks,

Try reinstalling the software. Instructions below:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > AVS4YOU (delete it).

3. Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > AVS4YOU (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Program Files > Common Files > AVSMedia (delete it).
Go Local Disc (C:) > Documents and Settings > All Users > Application Data > AVS4YOU (delete it).
