The copy process copies 70% of the disc and ejects it saying insert disc and continue forcing me to cancel the operation.

Has done this with every dvd ive tried. Is this the software, my drive, or dvd43 decryption software causing the problem?

i have vista home svc pack 2. dvd drive is Optiarc DVD + RW AD-5560A ATA Device.
