I can't get it to read Blu-ray disks although other players will read the disks. It is a USB2 player from Buffalo and communicates with the 1080P monitor via HDMI. Other vendors software works just find. How and when will you proceed as we are over the 48 hour mark without even a reply.

Unfortunately, AVS Media Player does not support BluRay playback. Please follow this link to see the list of supported video formats.
