I am not having any success with either dragging and dropping files or using the 'Add Files' button in Disc Creator so I can burn an MP3 format disc to use in the player in my vehicle. The cursor icon changes when I select files in file explorer and drag them over the app window and when I drop them nothing happens. Using the ''Add Files' option and 'Select Files/Folders' method results in the application freezing. The attached screen capture shows the window(s) after error dialogue box has opened and I have selected 'Wait for the program to respond' option. Also attached is the main application window after starting the application showing recognition of the empty CD ready to accept files.

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC following the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:

Now install the software on your PC anew.
