Hi, I'm trying to print a CD label on my new Canon iP7250. The print page asks me to put in the name of the printer, which I've done. It then asks, under 'layout' for the type of printer again. However, the list of printers does not include the iP7200. I've tried printing with all the Canon printers listed, as well as 'CD Printer (generic). None of them print correctly, but print about half on the CD and half on the CD tray! What can I do to print my CDs correctly?

Dear user,

In answer to your questions:
gordonajackso...:
the list of printers does not include the iP7200

Please specify if you can print from your PC (e.g. Windows Explorer or MS Word ) using your iP7200 and if you printer drivers are installed on your PC.

print about half on the CD and half on the CD tray

Unfortunately this problem arises from the fact that the layout selected is not compatible with your printer specifications, you can try to:
- select some other printer,
- try to use some other layout,
- save your cover as an image format and print it out from Windows Explorer.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
