Dear user,

The problem is connected to Microsoft Visual C++ that was not installed correctly.

I recommend you to contact Microsoft to install it and guarantee that your software (including AVS) that depends on it will be functional.

Unfortunately I can not help you as it is not AVS4YOU issue.

Thank you for understanding.

Kind regards

Greetings,
I have a new build of a windows 8 machine, and I just recently purchased my second unlimited license. Much like the others in this forum, I'm unable to get Audio Converter/Audio Editor to work. I keep getting the OLE error. When I run the repair commands, there are about 6 dll's that won't load.

I'm not certain where to go from this point. This product worked on my previous windows 8 machine. I will want a refund if this can not get resolved.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Dear user,

Dear user,

Please try to do the following: unzip the file in the attachment and run it by double clicking on it.

Then run the repair option once again and inform about the result.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
