i bought a new computer because my old one crashed and could not be fixed,, imagine my despair at not being able to use my unlimited programme because of a new computer,I find this is a very unfair practice

I just installed the unlimited subscription. Everytime I try to upload avi video's into the library, it just says "not responding" Have not been able to use it at all. Any ideas?????? Very frustrating.

Hello, i send a message becasuse a change my notebook again (the las notebook was formatted and sell out). When I try to install my unlimited license again, the system said me "Error: you have another equiment installed" (or similar message) . I keep trying to register by email but get no response. I have retrieved my key several times and it's always the same. When I try to activate the product I keep getting the same error and it asks to activate over email which I do but again... I get no response. See the problem??!?!?

people do change computers , don't they?

Hi I was a happy camper and purchased an unlimited license, now I have been told I cannot reinstall my license onto a new computer build, I was offered a $20 discount to purchase another license? are we really expected as end users to not upgrade our computers so as to continue to make use of our purchase? Im extremely disappointed
