this is driving me nuts, i am trying to make a cd for my daughter's third birthday. the first clip worked fine, i trimmed it and extracted the audio with no problem. Now that i am trying to do the second song it freezes every time but only when i go to change the second set of numbers in the time. what in the world is going on with this?

I have version 6.1 of the software, i am importing from a DVD, the format i am uploading says VOB file, which uploads with no problem, i even got it trimmed once i just couldnt figure out how to extract the audio again and the next day my laptop battery had died so i had to start over and now have this problem. I am not trying to convert, just trim and extract audio, i cant even make it that far anyway, i upload the clip, click trim, start changing the 00:00:00 time stamp, i get as far as 49:20:00 it will not let me go past the third number, as soon as i hit the number key to change it the whole program freezes where i have to start the task manager to close it.

Hello,

To import DVD file please open the VIDEO_TS folder and select the VIDEO_TS.IFO file. If the issue remains please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow the link below and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked:
http://support.avs4you.com/GetFile.aspx?DocumentID=168498-647

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify your PC configuration.

Best regards.
