I have not been able to use the registry cleaner. All other functions are working great ie... temp files junk files, and the like but if I try to scan registry I get a message saying previous operations not complete.

I have removed and reinstalled program, including registry entries.

I am using Vista 32

Any Ideas.

The error can occur if another copy of AVS Registry Cleaner is running on your computer at the same time or some third-party registry cleaner software. Is it the case?

You might have a default registry cleaner set in your computer that runs in background. If you can disable it or simply remove it if possible, you can use registry cleaner without any problem.

I just reloaded AVS registry Cleaner to a recently formatted HD running W7.
For some reason the Temporary Internet File are not being scanned. All other Checked items are functioning proper.
Any ideas??

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest version of AVS Registry Cleaner 2.2.3.236
