So I'm trying to convert a file off of a dvd that is an IFO file and any conversion i try it always has a black screen. I'm not sure what to do about this. a similar IFO file converted just fine however, the one i'm having difficulty with is smaller than the file that converted successfully. Any ideas?

Sorry for the late response.

Please note that you should open VIDEO_TS.IFO file for conversion and select the tracks you need for conversion. You can preview selected movie. Please make sure that you follow the correct steps when convert DVD, you can find the instructions here.

If it does not solve the issue, please specify which format you convert your videos to and in what media player you play resulted videos.
