I have just started downloading all of the software I purchased. When I open each for the first time, despite that I have registered, my laptop running Vista completely locks up. I have to hardboot to get the computer back up and running. My father who purchased the software is having the same problem. Help?????????:-\

In order to sort out the problem, please could you provide us with your PC configuration information: exact version of OS, processor, RAM. Also please specify the exact moment the computer locks up - whether you can see the splash screen or not.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in AVS Video Converter which would allow to set up the program to shut down after converting. We are sorry if it may be of any inconvenience.
